Clipart Crafter's Licensing Policy
You must send us an email with your website address and give us credit with a link to our website:

You are purchasing a User License Agreement, not the copyrights to the images. Copyrights remain with the artist.
Please follow these simple guidelines when using our graphics:
Personal Use:
If you are using images for your own personal pages, cards or website, you can use our graphics without purchasing a Commercial License. If you intend to sell items for profit using our graphics, please read below to see if you need a commercial license.
If you will print or create the finished project, no commercial license is needed. If you sell digital goods- (printables, website templates, websites, embroidery designs,etc), you must purchase a commercial license.
Ready made printables, banners and web templates that are premade on our site cannot be sold. These are for personal use only and not included for commercial purposes. All templates must have our copyright remain on the template. This protects our site and our customers against fraud and infringement.
Commercial Use
If you will be using our graphics for any of the following, a commercial license is required.
Commercial Membership- This membership gives you commercial usage rights, as listed below. Commercial membership covers all sets distributed to members in our Craftables and Cardies categories. This includes all items currently available to members when you register as well as items that are added while you are a member of the Clipart Club.
Individual License- This license will be available per set soon. If you are interested in only one set, you will be able to purchase an individual license.
You Can:
• Use images to create web pages or layouts. If you sell web templates, the clipart must not be in clipart form, but only in finished format of a web template.
• Make printable or download pages. Pages cannot be in original graphic format. Example: Printable stationery or candy wrappers. You must use several images to create and embellish your printable item.
• Make changes to colors or add other images to clipart. These images do not become your own and still require a link to Clipart Crafter.
•Use images to create digitized embroidery designs. The designs can be sold in machine embroidery format or stitched onto the finished product. You Cannot:
• Image samples are for viewing purposes only. You are not to give permission to download or allow to copy our clipart for any reason.
•Graphics are not to be shared, tubed, emailed or included in any type of collection in clipart format.
• Graphics cannot be altered or added to and be claimed as your own.
• You cannot use the clipart images on any items or presentations that will be used for mass market production. Example: Is your item going to be manufactured? If yes, then you cannot use our clipart. You must contact us to apply for a license agreement to do this.
